The cruise ship Amadea (IMO 8913162), sailing under the flag of the Bahamas and operated by Phoenix Reisen, is a 192.8-meter passenger ship. As of late 2024, following a 2024 refurbishment at Lloyd Werft, the vessel continued its scheduled cruise operations.
The vessel was spotted in the Caribbean region, arriving at Fort de France, Martinique, on November 5, 2024.

I received a small envelope from Germany (13 cm x 13 cm) - about 10 grams. With T - (minus) sign on it - meaning "Insufficient Postage". Now it is a part of Postal History - and I like that.
It was sent right after Christmas - 26 or 27 December - so it was traveling quite fast.
And some of the postal items sent by the same sender - returned with reason "insufficient postage" - see photo 2. some goes forward with T minus. Now I have this curiosity: why some postal items were delivered with T minus, and some not? Who decided that?
