I received a small envelope from Germany (13 cm x 13 cm) - about 10 grams. With T - (minus) sign on it - meaning "Insufficient Postage". Now it is a part of Postal History - and I like that.
It was sent right after Christmas - 26 or 27 December - so it was traveling quite fast.
And some of the postal items sent by the same sender - returned with reason "insufficient postage" - see photo 2. some goes forward with T minus. Now I have this curiosity: why some postal items were delivered with T minus, and some not? Who decided that?
