Those 31 postcards were special designed and printed during Coronavirus crisis and period of Pandemy in Romania. Starting 16 March 2020 Romania was under "emergency status"goverened through Military Ordinances. People must remain in their houses, and on the street Police and Army Force check them for "justified reason" to go outside. In this period of time a lot of penalties were applied (till hour of writting those lines 200k fines were applied:
BBC : Romania has issued 200,000 fines in under a month to people who failed to comply with restrictions to curb the spread of coronavirus. The postcards are sent from Office number 37 in Bucharest - the office what helds usually First Day postmarks for philately - and they made only one day travel to Post Ofice in Peris (33km) also delivered to my address! And they are send for Romanian Post contest - where my son, Sebastian is participating!
