France La Poste Mailbox

Info from wikipedia.; the original site don't offer also English version.

La Poste is a postal service company in France, operating in Metropolitan France as well as in the five French overseas departments and the overseas collectivity of Saint Pierre and Miquelon. Because of bilateral agreements, La Poste also has the responsibility of mail services in Monaco through La Poste Monaco and in Andorra alongside the Spanish company Correos.

The company was created in 1991 following the split of the French PTT, a government department responsible for mail, telegraph and telephone services in France. The PTT, founded in 1879, were then divided between La Poste, which became responsible for postal service, and France Télécom (nowadays Orange) for the telecommunication services. France Télécom was immediately privatised but La Poste has remained a public company. However, because of EU directives requiring member states to introduce competition in their postal service, the French government allowed private postal service companies in 2005 and transformed La Poste into a public-owned company limited by shares in 2010.

SMOM - Sobrano Militare Ordine di Malta Post Office and mailbox

SMOM - Sovrano Militare Ordine di Malta Poste Magistrali and Mailbox

The postal administration of the order, known as the Poste Magistrali, was instituted on 20 May 1966 under a Decree of the Grand Master of the order and the first stamps were issued on 15 November 1966. Until recently the stamps were denominated in the currency of the order which was Scudi, Grani and Tari, which roughly equated to the currency of Malta before it joined the Eurozone; 1 scudo = 12 tari = 240 grani = 12 Maltese cents. Since 1 January 2005 the stamps have been denominated in euros.
The stamps are inscribed Poste Magistrali and bear one or more small Maltese Crosses. Early issues were printed by De La Rue, but today a variety of Maltese and Italian printers are used. As well as postage stamps, the Order has produced aerogrammes, maximum cards, first day covers, miniature sheets, postage due stamps and postcards with imprinted stamps.
Each year, one stamp issue is devoted to St. John the Baptist, who is the Order's Patron Saint, and one to the celebration of Christmas.
The SMOM is not a member of the Universal Postal Union.
The post office is located in Italy, Rome, on street Via dei Condotti 68.

Bhutan Post Office and Mailbox

The Postal Service in Bhutan was first launched on 10th October 1962 with the opening of a post office in Phuentsholing. In the same year, post offices were also opened in Paro and Thimphu.
Bhutan became a member of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), the body of the United Nations concerned with postal affairs, in 1969. Although Bhutan had already established mail exchange with a few other countries, it was the first time that its presence was felt at an international postal gathering. In 1983 Bhutan also became a member of the Asian Pacific Postal Union (APPU).
Until 1st October 1996, the Division of Posts and Telegraphs was a government body. However, as a part of the Royal Government's policy of granting autonomy to organizations, which have potential to operate independently, the Division of Posts and Telegraphs was converted to the status of an autonomous commercial corporation on 1st October 1996 under the trading name " Bhutan Post ".

Greece Mailbox & Post Office

Photos made by me during my trip in Greece - July 2017 (Crete Island -Hersonissos)

Hersonissos is 26 kilometres east of Heraklion, between Anissaras and Stalis.
Hersonissos has developed due to tourism and, in just a few decades, has grown into the largest tourist resort in Crete.
Hersonissos has about 3,000 permanent inhabitants (2,981 in the 2001 census), but this number increases exponentially each summer, with the thousands of seasonal workers in tourism, and of course the hundreds of thousands of tourists who come to Hersonissos on holiday.
