Wiki: The flag of Haiti is a bicolour flag featuring two horizontal bands coloured blue and red, defaced by a white panel bearing the coat of arms. The coat of arms depicts a trophyof weapons atop a green hill, ready to defend freedom, and a royal palm symbolizing independence. The palm is topped by the Cap of Liberty. The motto L'Union Fait La Force ("Unity Makes Strength") appears on a white ribbon below the arrangement.

Is interesting about postage stamp and value used. one card carry 10 stamps of 20 gourdes - meaning 200 gourdes, and other card is with one stamp with 20 gourdes.
On the official site: http://www.laposte.gouv.ht/index.php I cannot find any information about cost for sending a postcard.
